The method for this is as follows: Kill the two sword knights that are praying to the boss in the center. Pick up one of the swords and immediately go for the Shrieker in the middle. After killing him, run back out and deal with the Knight on the left. There are some benefits to doing it - high stat armor at the end and reprised loot with new perks, premonition is still pretty good especially.
